This well-known family-owned real estate developer was in need of a face lift to be able to present themselves in a brand-new light, appeal to the younger target market, keep up with the competition, and communicate their vision to the world.

Enter – us. We have developed a spanking new look for them, starting from the concept, over design to execution. Replacing their old logo with a fresh, modern, simple and sleek look turned some eyeballs on the real estate market, and has led to full brand identity rollout, finalized with full brand guidelines to ensure consistency through applications.
